Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Bania Bazaar. We aim to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Since we operate on a dropshipping model, our refund and return policies are outlined below.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product is missing parts or incomplete

To be eligible:

  • The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Proof such as photos or videos may be required


2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personal care, hygiene, or cosmetic products

  • Innerwear, socks, or intimate apparel

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

  • Items without original packaging or tags


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at dgoyal.shop@gmail.com

  2. Include:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Clear images/videos of the product

  3. Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days

Return shipping instructions will be shared if the request is approved.

⚠️ Customers may be required to ship the product back depending on supplier policy.


4. Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

  • Refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer.

  • Customers must provide accurate payment details.


5. Replacement Policy

  • Replacements are offered for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only.

  • Replacement timelines depend on supplier availability and shipping time.

  • If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.


6. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment:

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.

After Shipment:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

  • Refusal of COD orders may lead to blacklisting of future orders.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank or UPI account

  • Contact your payment provider

  • If still unresolved, email us at dgoyal.shop@gmail.com


8. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect


9. Legal Compliance (India)

This policy complies with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and applicable Indian laws. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
